We are committed to providing reliable, high-quality digital services. Because we are dealing with third-party digital subscription sharing, our refund policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our platform. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Subscription Issues & Downtime
We understand that third-party platforms (such as Netflix, Canva) frequently update their security systems, which can sometimes cause temporary downtime for our extension users.
- Replacement Guarantee: If the specific service you purchased becomes permanently suspended or unavailable, we will first attempt to provide a working replacement account within 48 hours.
- Prorated Refunds: If we are completely unable to provide a replacement or restore service after 48 hours of your report, you are eligible for a prorated refund based on the remaining days of your subscription.
- Minor Downtime: Temporary downtime (less than 24 hours) due to required backend updates does not qualify for a refund.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
To prevent abuse of our services, refunds will absolutely not be issued under the following circumstances:
- Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds if you simply decide you no longer want the service after your account has been activated and the extension provided.
- Violation of Terms: If your account is suspended or banned because you attempted to change the password, billing details, or profiles of the shared premium account, your subscription is immediately voided and no refund will be provided.
- Device Limit Abuse: If you are caught attempting to bypass our concurrent device limits or sharing your SubscriptionHub credentials with unauthorized third parties.
- Technical Incompatibility: It is your responsibility to ensure you are using a compatible browser (Google Chrome or Chromium-based browsers) to install our extension. We do not refund for lack of technical compatibility on your end.
3. Usage Guidelines
You must strictly follow the usage guidelines provided in your user dashboard and tutorial videos. Failure to use the extension properly or attempting to access the service via the official app instead of our web extension may lead to account termination without refund.
