DMCA Policy
SubscriptionHub respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the SubscriptionHub platform.
Please note that SubscriptionHub acts as a session-sharing intermediary. We do not host, store, or distribute any copyrighted media content (such as movies, graphics, or software code) on our own servers. Any such content remains on the servers of the respective third-party providers (e.g., Netflix, Envato).
Filing a DMCA Notice
If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement that is taking place through our Service, please submit your notice in writing to our designated DMCA Agent at [email protected].
Your formal notice must include the following information:
- Physical or Electronic Signature: A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Identification of the Work: Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
- Identification of the Material: Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (such as a specific URL).
- Contact Information: Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact the complaining party, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail address.
- Good Faith Statement: A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- Accuracy Statement: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
Counter-Notice
If you believe that your access was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice with our DMCA Agent. We may restore access to the material if we receive a valid counter-notice, unless the copyright owner files an action seeking a court order against the user.
